These Terms govern this website and the advisory services of novastackctech.com LLC (EDRPOU 66308539). Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII "On Electronic Commerce" and Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" apply.
2. Services and User Duties
We provide the advisory services described on the site; scope and price are confirmed in writing. You must give accurate contact details, use the site lawfully and not copy content or attempt unauthorised access. All content belongs to novastackctech.com LLC.
3. Liability, Data and Advertising
The site and services are provided "as is"; novastackctech.com LLC is not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Consumer rights under Law of Ukraine No. 3153-IX "On Consumer Protection" are unaffected. Personal data and cookies require your explicit consent under Law of Ukraine No. 2297-VI "On Personal Data Protection" and Law of Ukraine No. 815-IX "On Amendments to Certain Legislative Acts of Ukraine on Strengthening the Protection of Personal Data". Advertising is accurate and not misleading (Law of Ukraine No. 270/96-VR "On Advertising").
4. Disputes and Changes
Send complaints to contact@novastackctech.com; we reply within 30 calendar days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or a competent court. We may update these Terms.
