We look at the whole property, not only the plan on the brochure page: the building layout, the outdoor space around it, the maintenance a household can realistically carry, and what long-term ownership asks of you.
Our work is advisory and educational. We are not financial advisers, we do not sell property, and we do not give legal advice. What we do is help you ask the right questions early, while a decision is still cheap to change.
A typical engagement starts with a site evaluation near Kyiv Oblast, Lviv, Odesa, or in the Carpathians. We walk the plot, check drainage and access, then map it against the layouts you are considering. Overlooking drainage can lead to foundation issues, and that is exactly the kind of mistake an early site evaluation catches.
How the advisory works
- Scope call. Budget, household size, region, and how you intend to use the house.
- Layout review. Room flow, orientation, storage, and winter heating load.
- Ground and outdoor space. Drainage, slope, access roads, garden effort, and seasonal upkeep.
- Ownership picture. Running costs, who maintains what, and a realistic long-term timeline.
Individual results depend on the plot and the household. Estimates are indicative, so review them with your own engineer and legal counsel before signing anything.
